Job Requirements:
Strong knowledge of electronics products, including smartphones, laptops, tablets, and other tech gadgets, to provide expert guidance to customers.
Excellent customer service and communication skills to engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable electronics solutions.
Sales-driven mindset to meet and exceed sales targets, upsell accessories, and promote warranty or service plans.
Ability to provide product demonstrations, explain features and benefits, and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to align with mall hours and customer traffic.
