Job Requirements:
Attention to detail and ability to accurately receive, organize, and replenish stock inventory.
Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly backroom and efficiently locate merchandise for restocking.
Ability to work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient stock management and support store operations.
Familiarity with inventory control procedures, including stock rotation, shrinkage prevention, and quality assurance.
Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, bending, and reaching.
Mall Time and Shift Ideas:
Flexible Shifts: Stock Associates may have flexible shifts to accommodate stock replenishment during non-operational hours or adjust schedules based on delivery timings.
Seasonal Demands: Consider the need for additional Stock Associates during peak seasons or promotional events to manage increased inventory levels.
