Job Requirements:
Strong organizational and analytical skills to manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and ensure accurate inventory records.
Knowledge of inventory management software and systems to facilitate efficient stock control and timely replenishment.
Attention to detail to conduct regular stock audits, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective measures.
Collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, sales, and operations, to coordinate inventory activities.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to align with inventory management requirements and operational needs.
Mall Time and Shift Ideas:
Stock Replenishment: Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely stock replenishment and minimize out-of-stock situations.
Inventory Optimization: Analyze sales data, seasonal trends, and customer demand patterns to optimize inventory levels and reduce carrying costs.
Reporting and Analysis: Generate inventory reports, analyze key metrics, and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.
