Job Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in restaurant management, including overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

  2. Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team, delegate tasks, and handle customer inquiries and feedback.

  3. Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and restaurant procedures to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.

  4. Ability to analyze sales data, manage inventory, control costs, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.

  5. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to align with mall hours and meet customer demands.

Mall Time and Shift Ideas:

  • Peak Dining Hours: Ensure adequate staffing during peak dining hours, such as lunchtime, evenings, and weekends.

  • Collaborative Partnerships: Work closely with mall management, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.

  • Menu Development: Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menu offerings, taking into consideration customer preferences and market trends.
