Job Requirements:
Previous experience in warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, storage, and order fulfillment.
Strong leadership and communication skills to supervise and motivate warehouse staff, ensuring efficient and accurate operations.
Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices to maintain a safe working environment and compliance with regulations.
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as purchasing, logistics, and quality control, to streamline processes and meet operational goals.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to align with warehouse operations and customer demands.
