Job Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in sales training and development, including designing and delivering effective sales training programs.

  2. Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and sales performance metrics.

  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver engaging and impactful sales training sessions.

  4. Ability to assess training needs, develop training materials, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to the sales team.

  5. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to align with sales team schedules and training requirements.

Mall Time and Shift Ideas:

  • Onboarding and Orientation: Conduct comprehensive onboarding and orientation programs for new sales team members to familiarize them with products, sales processes, and company values.
